Initial publish. Converted the Mintlify starter kit into the CUNY HPCC documentation and educational site. Added:

Systems & hardware, Software & modules, Storage & quotas.
Job submission with SLURM templates for serial, OpenMP, MPI, hybrid, GPU, and job arrays.
Policies, Support, Training, FAQs.
Mermaid diagrams for system architecture and the support escalation path.
Navigation tabs for Documentation and Support, plus quick anchors to the HPCC portal, wiki, and ticket system.

Known gaps (tracked with <Note> callouts in the relevant pages) to verify against authoritative CSI/CUNY sources before wider publication:

Exact per-node Arrow hardware specs (CPU model, core count, RAM, GPU model/memory).
Current service status of Penzias, Appel, and Salk.
Password expiration cadence and account renewal windows.
Staff phone numbers, office locations, and helpdesk appointment hours.
